These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NomLog ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
The App is a drink logging application that allows you to record your drinking experiences with photos. Features include: - Creating, editing, and deleting drink records - Taking and storing photos - Searching and browsing records - Data export (Pro feature) - Location recording (Pro feature)
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for users of legal drinking age only. In Japan, you must be 20 years or older. In other countries, you must meet the legal drinking age requirement in your jurisdiction.
4. Account
Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Account sharing or transfer is prohibited. You may delete your account at any time, and upon deletion, associated data will be completely removed within 30 days.
5. Subscription (NomLog Pro)
Pro features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited: - Use for illegal purposes - Posting content that infringes others' rights - Transmitting viruses or harmful code - Tampering with or unauthorized access to the service - Unauthorized commercial use - Encouraging underage drinking
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights to the App and its content belong to the developer. Rights to content you create belong to you, but the App has the right to use it as necessary to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
The App is a tool for recording drinks and does not encourage drinking. Please drink responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be modified as necessary. Significant changes will be notified through in-app notifications.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
